Il promeut et représente la vitalité théâtrale auprès des diverses communautés et réseaux scolaires qu’il rejoint. Lieu de rassemblement, où chacun s’y retrouve, il met à l’avant-scène des œuvres de qualité en proposant une programmation diversifiée et inclusive. À travers ses programmes, il accompagne, encourage et stimule l’émergence artistique et le développement professionnel de son milieu. Il participe ainsi activement à l’éducation et au rayonnement théâtral.
